My goal in starting this blog was to gather information from the experts and put it together in a clear and concise format. I will include recipes, articles, scientific studies, and a forum to discuss a more natural approach to health and wellness. I believe that there are alternatives to traditional western medicine, and certainly to the western diet. I believe there is healing in raw, organic, whole foods. I am a plant-based eater because I care about my health, our planet, and all of its living, breathing creatures. And because of these beliefs that I hold truly, madly, deeply, my family and I are on a journey to make ourselves and our world the best they can be. I hope you will enjoy my blog.
